SHIATSU can easily be adapted to a working day: it is practised with clothes on, and the length of the sessions can be adapted: 20, 30 or 50 minutes.

In a very short time, Shiatsu provides your employees with physical and mental relaxation.

It combats musculoskeletal disorders, tension and stress.

All you need is an uncluttered space (e.g. a meeting room) to create a real moment of relaxation and recharging. Sessions on an ergonomic chair or futon.

Eye Yoga is a series of exercises that support, relieve and strengthen your eyes. It improves visual acuity and provides general relaxation and comfort for your eyes on a daily basis.

Through easy-to-learn exercises, you can reduce eye strain and tension caused by static work on a screen.

 

The sessions last 30 minutes and are conducted in groups. We begin with self-massage, which relaxes the nervous system, face and upper body.

We then move on to exercises that support visual acuity while relieving eye strain.

At the end of the session, participants leave with simple tools they can use during their working day.

A regular routine of a few minutes a day can then significantly improve comfort when working at a screen.
