ABOUT

STEPHANIE CHAPOTOT

A practitioner who cultivates beauty... and joy!

PORTRAIT

MY LIFELONG PASSIONS

Discovering other cultures, other ways of doing things, through travelling, reading, meeting people and the arts in general. Putting people at the centre of all my decisions and actions.

MY GREATEST

SOURCE OF INSPIRATION

Asia, with its age-old medicine and philosophy, its holistic vision of man between Heaven and Earth, and its spirituality. Shiatsu was a revelation to me from my very first session in 2009. My studies in art history and my travels in Asia undoubtedly put me on the path to Feng Shui.

FROM MANAGING

TO CARING

My first career was in tourism, in large companies, where I held many positions with varied responsibilities. As a manager, I gradually felt the need to help people find their own balance, and that’s what motivated my change of career.

MY LEITMOTIV

Movement is life!

Not just physical exercise. Movement is also about open-mindedness, adaptability, questioning yourself, shaking things up, going for a walk to find inspiration, taking a step sideways to get out of inertia…

« Celui qui connaîtra un bonheur constant sera celui qui ne cessera de changer. »*

Confucius

*“The person who is constantly happy is the one who never stops changing”.

AOZORA - BLUE SKY 青空

I'LL SUPPORT YOU

Even in the worst situations, I always look for the positive side of what is happening…

My personal and practioner experiences show me that there is indeed always a way to come back to life. It can take time and deep transformations are sometimes necessary. Often, wellbeing comes from accepting to get help.

I named my activity AOZORA, which means blue sky in Japanese. Because I’m convinced that everyone has a piece of blue sky to go and find, whatever their situation. A patch of blue sky, to regain confidence, find your deep joy and move forward serenely in life. It is driven by this conviction that I support you.

« Ce qui aide à estimer les besoins de l’autre, c’est avant tout d’évaluer sa capacité à utiliser la vérité pour sa propre évolution spirituelle. »*

Scott Peck – Le chemin le moins fréquenté

*“What helps in estimating another's needs is, above all, assessing their capacity to use truth for their own spiritual evolution”
